How Your Membership Visits Work
Your membership is built around your home, your priorities and the amount of handyman time that makes sense for you. We plan ahead so each visit can be used as efficiently as possible.
1 — CHOOSE A FREQUENCY
Some homes benefit from monthly visits. Others may need help every other month or just seasonally. We’ll find a schedule that works for your home, your priorities and your location.
2 — KEEP YOUR RUNNING LIST
Between visits, keep track of the repairs, adjustments, installations and maintenance tasks you’d like help with. Before your appointment, we’ll review the list together and prioritize what matters most.
3 — WE COME PREPARED
Knowing your priorities ahead of time helps us plan the visit, bring the appropriate tools and, when practical, identify and obtain needed materials before your appointment.
4 — MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR TIME
Membership visits reserve handyman time for your home rather than guaranteeing completion of a certain number of projects. We’ll work efficiently, keep you informed and carry unfinished or lower-priority items forward when appropriate.

COORDINATE WITH NEIGHBORS & SAVE
Have a neighbor or another nearby homeowner who could use handyman help too? When we can coordinate appointments in the same neighborhood or area, we may be able to reduce travel and service-call costs. If we can be economical with our time and resources, we can pass those savings along to you, our customer.

Over time, we can get to know your home, the projects you’ve completed and the things that still need attention. And you don’t always have to know exactly who to call. If you’re unsure about something in your home, ask us. If it’s something we can reasonably handle, we’ll help. If it requires a specialized trade or falls outside our scope, we’ll tell you—and when possible, help point you toward the right kind of professional.
